Decrease impact fees for affordable housing??!! The roads and schools are already underfunded for the amount of development that is happening!!! If they are not charged thru impact fees, guess who foots the bill for the development? The CURRENT TAXPAYER!!!! If this is your style of logic, please go back to California!!!!
