So instead of increasing impact fees to help fund expanded roads and schools, you’d rather lower them in hopes it’ll bring more affordable housing? I don’t think thats how it works. I appreciate you mentioning the housing crisis and wanting to help expand on affordable housing, but bending over for developers by simply lowering impact fees isn’t it. Otherwise, great points.
