The city had a attorney when the last RFP was written. And that got us NO bidders. Maybe that was the problem MaMa Mia. Or was that by design ? Maybe a simple worded common sense RFP is what’s needed. And if Nelson would have fired the “ blindsided “ Fire Chief after the two independent reports citing negligence on the city’s part, they wouldn’t have to spend more money on a Change Manager.
