Anyway, an attorney would have to look at the language in the revised RFP, and go over it, before put out, and oops, we don't have an attorney, because you guys on the council "fired him", and ran him off. Guess, this change manager contract will have to wait until you all get some sound legal advice and direction. Sorry.
