I own a crane company. If I fail to train my new workers on how to use a new or old crane, and it falls and kills somebody, or the untrained operator who is responsible ? It’s pretty black and white. Plus I’ve seen where to different investigations on this incident reported that the two young men and others were not trained on this machine at all. No supervision, no training, and no operational or maintenance reports lead to this young man death period.
