I have had voting precincts assigned all over Apopka, in the past. The Baptist church out at Rock Springs, the church on Welch Road, the Word of Life Church on Vick Road, the Orange County Service Building on Rock Springs Road, the Orange County Library, the Apopka High School in the mechanic area, the VFW, and the North West Recreation Complex. It gets confusing sometimes, where to go. The Orange County Library Building, in the president's election was the worst of all, we waited, and waited, and waited some more, hours, and it was so hot outside, with not enough parking! People were parking at the businesses, making them angry, and they also were parking in the housing subdivisions, and along side the roads. Hope they never try that locale again, in a presidential election!
