Once again, it seems like people who do not live in the COA, or in South Apopka, in the county, are the most vocal, and overly concerned, about this annexation issue, and I highly question, why is that??? Once again, I see statements about a 50,000 homestead exemption, and once again, I have to set the record straight, that not all residents get a 50,000 homestead exemption, as mine, and a lot of less valued homes, only get a 25,000 exemption, and some homeowners pay zero property tax, other than something such as a storm water fee!
