Legal Matters Housing Law Forum

Are you dealing with a foreclosure? Are you being evicted from the foreclosed property you are renting? Did you offer someone temporary housing and now they won’t leave?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, put the Orange County Clerk of Courts next Legal Matters Forum on your calendar. The Forum is scheduled for April 30th, from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM at New Church of Faith in Orlando.

The event, entitled A Housing Legal Education Forum, will focus on specific areas of housing law, including foreclosure, eviction from a foreclosed property and actions for possession.

Four seminars will be offered by legal experts who will be able to answer your questions relating to housing law. The seminars include:

  • Foreclosure Tips for the Property Owner: What Next?
  • Renting a Foreclosure: Where Do I Go Now?
  • Actions for Possession: I Want You Out!
  • How to Buy a Foreclosed Property: What Do I Need to Know?

Information on other services provided by the Clerk's Office will also be provided during the event.
