Report Inappropriate Comments

I listened to the forum at Victory Church between Mayor Nelson, and Commissioner Becker. Kyle insisted he is going to make decisions based on facts and data. Then he speaks, in his own words, at the forum talking about Mayor Nelson wants to purchase additional land next to Camp Wewa, and that the land there, is highly contaminated. Where are the facts, or is it Kyle's assumptions, that the land is highly contaminated? When was a phase 2 study done,huh? There are a lot of developing on former nursery sites.
